Clinical Nurse Specialist Children’s Complex Care in the Community £45,000 per annum plus expenses and bonus Northeast based - Remote / Hybrid Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm) TRC has joined forces with a fantastic, national provider of complex care for adults and children in the mission to find an experienced children’s nurse. My client prides themselves on providing high-acuity complex care, community-based domiciliary care, specialised complex clinical training and supported living services to the most vulnerable. The role is an equal split between providing top quality, hands-on care as well as passing on your clinical skills to the team through providing classroom and community-based training sessions. Role Responsibilities:

The ideal person will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the clinical skills of healthcare teams & professionals working in paediatric care. This role combines expertise in paediatrics with the ability to educate and mentor others in community-based settings. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving patient care through education and will collaborate closely with our clinical director to ensure high standards of paediatric practice. Support the design & deliver training: Develop and conduct educational sessions on paediatric care for non-clinical staff (carers, support workers, family members) to ensure safety and competency in delegated tasks. Competency sign-off: Provide clinical competency sign-offs for all trained tasks required in the support package, enhancing their practical skills in paediatrics. Evaluation & feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide constructive feedback to ensure optimal learning outcomes. Stay updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest paediatric healthcare practices and integrate new research and evidence-based guidelines into training programs. Collaboration: Work closely with paediatric clinical teams to assess training needs and improve care delivery through education. Essential Qualifications:

A recognised NMC qualification that allows you to work with children and young people A full UK driving licence 5 years of experience working in a clinical setting Excellent communication skills Experience of delivering training If you are experienced and qualified as required, please apply and one of our team will be in touch!
