Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position.
Our client, a long established general legal practice in Doncaster who deal with a wide area of law including Residential Conveyancing, Commercial Property, Private Client, Litigation and Family are now looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team.
The position will involve working on a mixed caseload of Sale & Purchase including, Leasehold, Freehold, New Build, and Right to Buy.
The successful candidate will join a very busy department working from the Head Office in Doncaster town centre.
Responsibilities:
Managing a busy caseload of sale and purchase matters from file opening to completion. Handling freehold, leasehold, and new build transactions with minimum supervision. Working on own initiative with attention to detail and demonstrating strong organisation and file management skills.
Requirements: At least 3 years of experience as a residential conveyancer. Experience in a variety of residential conveyancing transactions. Legal qualification is not mandatory.
Basic salary is dependent on experience and the generous bonus structure is directly linked to fee income.
Benefits include: 24 days holiday plus bank holidays. A further day after 5 years of service and again after 10 years of service. Standard NEST pension.
