We are looking for
Complex Care
Nurses
to work in the community. Nurses from Leeds, Bradford,
Wakefield , Huddersfield, and surrounding areas are ideal. This specific role is based in Wakefield . Yorkshire Community Healthcare is a fairly new care provider, who specialise in complex care. We support clients with varying physical, emotional, and all other clinical and non-clinical care needs. We pride ourselves on the quality of care we provide. This particular role will involve: Providing person centred care on a 1-1 basis to a woman in her mid-30s Adequately supporting her with daily needs i.e. tracheostomy care, cough assist, suprapubic catheter care, personal care and all other clinical necessities Completing shifts 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am x7 days per week Company benefits: Holiday Pay Option for Umbrella or PAYE Weekly payments Referral scheme Free uniform and ID badge Free fully funded training To be successful in this role, it is ideal that you: Are a fully qualified Nurse with an NMC pin Are happy to work alternative weekends Are a strong and bubbly individual Understand the importance of promoting independence, providing person-centered care, and encouraging clients to lead a fulfilling and active life Are passionate, caring and enthusiastic Flexible, patient and non-judgmental A great team player with the ability to work on your own initiative Able to demonstrate good communication skills Able to complete the physical aspects of the role such as manual handling INDYCH
