£32,000 + benefits

My client is looking for a motivated and skilled Water Hygiene Engineer to join their rapidly expanding water hygiene division in Basingstoke. This is an exciting time to join the team with excellent opportunities for career progression as the division continues to grow. The role is regionalised, meaning minimal travel is required, allowing you to focus on your core duties within the local area.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out essential water hygiene duties including cleaning and disinfection of water systems, temperature monitoring and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety guidelines. Performing closed system sampling and analysis, monitoring water quality and system performance to ensure the systems are operating efficiently. Carrying out routine inspections and maintenance of water treatment systems and equipment. Preparing and delivering detailed reports on water system status with recommendations for any corrective actions required.

Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience in water hygiene with a strong understanding of water treatment systems and the necessary regulations. Practical experience in closed system sampling and analysis. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to ensuring systems are functioning to the highest standards. Good communication skills, able to build relationships with clients and work effectively within a team. Full UK driving licence and the ability to travel within the Basingstoke area (minimal travel required).
