Dependent on experience and training Additional opportunity to earn up to £9,000 every three years in performance-based bonuses (terms and conditions apply). This position will be ideal for someone with a passion for repairing accident-damaged vehicles to the highest possible standard. Essential skills: Full experience in accident damage repair. A high level of skill in panel beating and able to use a range of different techniques. Ability to follow instructions effectively. Day-to-day duties: Following written instructions. Replacing and repairing damaged panels. Welding new panels into place. Stripping and rebuilding accident-damaged vehicles. Safely and correctly using a range of hand and power tools.
