Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Participate in continuous professional development and training programs Contribute to a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and staff
Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC Pin Previous experience in a similar role preferred Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Compassionate and patient-focused approach Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
