Senior Manager / Director to join a leading Exeter accountancy firm. Planning for the future development, with progression within a growing firm. About Our Client Based in Exeter, this firm acts for a wide range of clients. This role will focus on acting for varying industry limited companies and corporate clients up to the audit threshold in turnover ranges. The firm serves clients across varied industries, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies with turnovers up into the millions, with additional larger clients exceeding the audit threshold. The business also offers a range of professional services across wealth management, legal services, and other fields, developing strong, long-term, and value-added client relationships. Job Description Joining as Senior Manager or Director based from the firm's Exeter offices, you will have clear potential to carve a career path within this successful firm with progression on offer. You will lead and manage the delivery of accounts, tax, and wider business services to clients across varied industries, developing client relationships and delivering on a wide range of business advisory and planning work. You will lead, manage, support, and develop the wider team, and you will also work closely with the leadership team on the growth of the department, playing a lead role in business development. You will therefore have a clear opportunity to progress within this highly successful and growing firm in the region. The Successful Applicant For this Senior Manager or Director role, you will be ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with a career background developed within accountancy practice. You will have skills across any mix of audit, accounts, tax, and general accountancy practice service delivery. Your career will have been developed within an accountancy practice firm environment of any size, from small independent accounting firms to top-tier firms. You will have developed your career to at least the Senior Managerial level and be looking for a career move where you can develop and progress. What's on Offer Circa £55,000 - £60,000 + dependent on the background experience and level of the right professional, plus benefits.
