A highly regarded healthcare provider in the Cambridgeshire area is looking for a skilled and experienced Band 7 MSK Physiotherapist to join their team. This role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time hours between 08:00 and 18:00. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, delivering high-quality assessments, treatments, and rehabilitation to patients across a varied caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

Assessing and managing a mixed caseload of musculoskeletal outpatients referred by self-referral, primary care, First Contact Physiotherapists, and hospitals. Conduct detailed assessments for patients with musculoskeletal conditions. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations. Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall function. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Contribute to the development and improvement of clinical services and practices within the MSK team. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in line with professional and legal standards.

Requirements:

HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist. Experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy at a Band 7 level or equivalent. Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of MSK conditions and treatments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and support patients. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with current evidence-based practices.
