We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN) to join a dedicated team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to residents. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the health and well-being of residents.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assessing and monitoring residents' health status. Developing and implementing individualised care plans. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Providing wound care and other nursing procedures. Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Educating residents and their families about health conditions and care plans. Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records. Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Providing emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families. Supervising and mentoring nursing assistants and other support staff. Requirements: Valid NMC pin. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care. PVG Scheme membership / record. Must be eligible to work in the U.K.
