As a part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and compassionate manager to oversee our OFSTED regulated residential home. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with OFSTED regulations. Lead, mentor, and support a team of dedicated staff, promoting a positive and inclusive culture. Develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring the physical, emotional, and educational needs of each child are met. Maintain effective communication with external agencies, families, and stakeholders. Ensure the home is a safe and welcoming environment, promoting the wellbeing and development of all residents. What we're looking for from you: Your experience: You have a minimum of 2 years' experience of managing an Ofsted home that carries a rating of good or above. Your competence: You hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children's and Young People's Workforce or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification in Children and Young People's Services. Your focus: You pay attention to detail and never compromise on quality because you know that focusing on the success of small things can add up to have a really big positive impact.
