Spalding The Practice
A new, fresh, sparkly practice filled with the latest equipment, including dental X-ray, cardio level ultrasound, x-ray, endoscopy equipment, and otoscope. Huge potential of the surgical case load at this site. A culture based on parity and equality, there is no hierarchy of importance; teamwork and respect is very much the order of the day. The practice has a strong team of Nurses, supporting the Vets. Your Role
There is flexibility as to whether this is a FT or PT role. Regular salary reviews as the practice grows; the owner believes in shared success. PT and school working hours considered for the right person. No OOH requirements. Work collaboratively within a team where knowledge sharing and mutual support are encouraged, ensuring you are never making decisions in isolation. 28 days holiday rising to 33 days following two years of service. A day off for your birthday. CPD is encouraged and we offer a minimum of £1500 plus 5 paid days off to attend CPD.
