Hospice in the Weald would love you to join our dynamic hospice team. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Palliative Care to provide high-quality, patient-centred care. You will work at our Cottage Hospice and our Pembury inpatient wards. You will have or be working towards an MSc in Advanced Practice and be a non-medical prescriber with a physical assessments qualification. You will have advanced communication skills, clinical assessment, and diagnosis and decision-making skills within a variety of general and palliative diagnoses. You will work closely with our medical and multidisciplinary teams and be part of the 1st on-call rota on an ad hoc basis. As well as joining a friendly and enthusiastic team, you will find our hospice location close to Tunbridge Wells in the countryside with beautiful gardens and free parking.
