Veritas Careers are recruiting for an established and highly successful national automotive retailer who have a requirement for a Contact Centre Service Advisor to join their busy operation in Hinckley. This is a Monday - Friday role.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have excellent PC and telephone skills, be able to build relationships with a wide range of people, whilst resolving any issue that comes their way.

The Role

Coordinate service activity between customers, warranty companies, and repair agents in an efficient and courteous manner. Respond to customer enquiries. Take inbound calls & make outbound calls. Deal with any customer complaints. Interpret customer concerns and comments. Liaise with customers and keep them updated. Advise customers on how to resolve issues with their vehicles. Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified and successfully managed. The Person

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating customer confidence in the aftersales operation by taking ownership of every customer’s experience. Candidates must have experience of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Motor trade experience is desirable. People focused with the confidence and personality to develop long-term customer relationships. Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information accurately and concisely. Customer focused – able to identify and tackle critical issues. Be willing to find solutions and be prepared to maintain a positive customer experience. Able to work with defined processes and guidelines and have good core administration skills. Able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support the aftersales team. Results focused, you will be resilient and overcome obstacles to success and learn from feedback. A good technical awareness or understanding of vehicles and components is desirable. Benefits
