Business Travel Consultant
to join the Business Travel team based in our Ipswich Head Office. Our Business Travel team provide an award-winning service and continuously strive to offer choice and flexibility whilst embracing the challenges of an ever-changing industry. We are proud to offer services including: Airline Reservations, Group Travel, Train Tickets, Worldwide and Airport Hotels, Marine & Offshore, Conference & Meetings, Leisure, Car Hire, Rail and Ferries. This is an exciting position focused on generating sales of all Business Travel products to our ever-growing list of corporate clients and support the management team in providing a specialised travel service that's tailor-made to customer's requirements in line with our company values. We are keen to hear from individuals with exceptional Customer Service Skills along with a high level of accuracy. Relevant experience in the travel industry and knowledge of Sabre GDS and Dolphin are not essential however would be advantageous. This is a full-time role, working 35 hours a week, based at our Head Office (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL). This will include working a Saturday on a rota basis.
