Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)
to take on a new ongoing contract role within the Community Mental Health Team. Location:
Bromley Pay Rate:
£27 per hour (assignment rate) Contract Type:
Locum contract Working hours:
Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week Main Duties: Carry out comprehensive mental health assessments for patients referred to the community mental health team. Develop, implement, and review individual care plans tailored to the patient's needs and goals. Identify and manage risks associated with mental health conditions, including potential harm to self or others. Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse: Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing. Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse. NMC Registration.
