ASAP As part of the Frailty Therapy Team, the Occupational Therapist will play a key role in assessing and managing individuals with frailty, supporting their rehabilitation and maximising their independence. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact on patient care within a multi-disciplinary team, delivering high-quality therapy interventions.
