Are you a part-qualified finance professional looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic finance team? Enva, a leading environmental and waste management company, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our local finance team in Colwick. Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, improving forecasts, and ensuring operational efficiency across our sites.
Key Responsibilities Partner with Managers : Collaborate with Profit Centre Managers to enhance financial performance through forecasting, KPIs, and financial reporting. Financial Forecasting : Compile and review weekly forecasts covering both revenue and costs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals. Operational Finance : Work on operational activities to integrate financial perspectives into day-to-day operations. Month-End Support : Act as a local point of contact for the finance team, providing essential support during the month-end process, including reconciliation of data. Debt Management : Assist in managing slow and doubtful debts, liaising with teams to ensure progress on invoice and credit note queries. Continuous Improvement : Support the Senior Finance Business Partner in analysing financial trends, improving processes, and fostering commercial awareness across the business. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Part-Qualified Accountant
(AAT or equivalent experience, QBE) Strong experience in
month-end accounting
and business analysis Proficiency in
Excel
(including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with teams across the business Experience in a
manufacturing or industrial environment
