Partner with the Directors Manage employee relations casework D&G, sickness, performance management Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources requirements. Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews. Manage and process HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and amendments. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Support and advise managers on HR policies and procedures. The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Officer should have: Senior stakeholder management with the ability to challenge Excellent communication and people skills. Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Management and development of HR processes, policies, and procedures. HR Administration including contracts of employment Experience in Recruitment and Training What's on Offer
