Veterinary Receptionist - Maternity Cover
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic receptionist to join our Kinson team temporarily to cover maternity leave. Responsibilities include: Client care both face-to-face and over the phone. Making and rearranging appointments. Requesting payment for services and keeping accurate records of all transactions. Keeping the reception area clean and tidy. We are a first-opinion small animal practice with a branch in Bournemouth and a branch in Poole. Our sites are fully equipped with digital X-rays and ultrasounds. Our Bournemouth site has in-house lab machines, therapeutic laser, and dental radiography. We are also a Silver Cat-Friendly Clinic. This is a part-time role comprising 18.43 hours per week. You will cover the following shifts: Wednesday & Friday 1:15 pm – 7 pm, Thursday 7:45 am – 1:30 pm, and 1:4 Saturdays 7:45 am - 12:30 pm. The salary for this role is £10,963.63.
