basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Managing a complex caseload, dealing with anything from fixed-fee divorces to financial disputes. Managing a caseload of divorce and financial matters from inception to conclusion. Advising clients on all aspects of family law, including financial settlements, child arrangements, and pre-nuptial agreements. Representing clients in court and at mediation sessions.
