An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional rehabilitation unit based in the Newport, Wales area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers. This special service provides leading person-centred neurorehabilitation programmes that are bespoke to the severity and complexity of a person's particular Neurodisabilities. To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. As a Nurse your key duties include: Provide high standard of nursing care to service users based on the assessment of care needs and in consultation with the service users, their relatives, and care team. Continuously evaluate the quality of care given, and regularly reassess the needs of service users. Administer and order medicines. Liaise with the GP and other health professionals involved in the service users' care. Care planning, implementation, and reviewing of care plans. Continuously review your own nursing practice to develop new skills and knowledge throughout continuous professional development training that contributes to the enhancement of patient care skills. The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Knowledge of NMC guidelines, requests, and professional practices. Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development. Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality. Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £19.00 per hour, with an annual salary up to £43,472 per annum. We currently have vacancies for both days and night shifts available.
