TOIL following Saturday shifts. A welcoming, team-focused practice culture with ongoing support from the Head Nurse and team. Hours: • 8:30 – 4:30 or 9:30 – 5:30 • 1 in 5 Saturdays (8:30 – 5:30) with TOIL the following week • No OOH About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and skilled Registered Veterinary Nurse to take on the role of Clinical Coach at a welcoming, community-focused practice. This permanent position offers the chance to support and guide a student veterinary nurse, contributing to their professional development while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Working within a smaller, supportive team of two vets, a student nurse, a PCA, and a full reception team, the practice offers a calm and friendly environment as the team is well established within the practice and local community, offering a repeat client basis which reputation speaks for itself. Key Responsibilities As an RVN Clinical Coach, your primary focus will be to:

Deliver an exceptional standard of nursing care across all areas, including surgical, inpatient, and consultative duties. Mentor and guide the student veterinary nurse, ensuring their training and assessment progress aligns with best practices. Maintain accurate records of student assessments, tutorials, and progress reports. Provide constructive feedback and utilise various assessment methods to evaluate competency. Assist with the daily running of the practice, ensuring protocols, cleanliness, and health and safety standards are upheld. About You To thrive in this role, you will need to:

Be a qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN), confident in a wide range of clinical skills. Have an interest or experience in mentoring or clinical coaching. Be organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about teaching and development. Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Show a commitment to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
