Job Description Salary: £52,000 This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Registered Home Manager to oversee a beautifully designed care home offering exceptional residential and dementia care. Situated in the heart of Woodbridge, with easy access to the A12, this home combines period charm with modern facilities, including a stunning landscaped garden. As the Registered Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring it operates to the highest standards. You'll lead a team of committed professionals, fostering a culture of compassion, excellence, and continuous improvement to enhance the lives of residents. What we're looking for: Level 5 Health and Social Care (Leadership and Management) Proven experience as a care home manager, with a track record of delivering high-quality care. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and support staff at all levels. Excellent understanding of dementia care and the needs of older adults. Comprehensive knowledge of CQC regulations and standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders. Oversee all aspects of the home's operations, including compliance with CQC regulations and health and safety standards. Manage budgets and resources efficiently while maintaining the quality of care and services. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders, acting as an ambassador for the home.
