Role : Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join them as a Clinical Lead. Hours : Ideally, this is a full-time role for an experienced vet looking to lead their clinical team with the support of a driven Head Nurse / Practice Manager. They're looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to work 40 hours per week, including every other Saturday morning, but no Sundays or OOHs. There is the option for part-time/flexible hours Skills/Experience: Sharing their passion and commitment to high standards will ensure you thrive within this role. With a confident and capable approach, the team would love someone who could bring new ideas and ambition to the team, as they are always looking for ways to improve and grow. As a Practice they are inclusive, embracing a supportive and non-judgemental environment. You will ideally have experience in surgery and be willing to undergo further training so you can help drive us forward as a team and practice as a whole. Support : You are joining the practice at a fantastic time where you can put your own stamp on the practice and support in leading the team through a rebrand Complete clinical freedom CPD and certificates will be supported and are highly encouraged, to aid in driving both your professional and personal development!
