The primary focus of this role is candidate specialism, moving into client activity during the vector training programme. Specifically, the role of a Recruitment Consultant is to learn and become proficient in the RSM (Recruitment Sales Model), starting with a focus on candidates but quickly developing business development and client experience which will lead to becoming a 360 Consultant.
