£25k - £42k + Training & Benefits Our Client is a leading name within the Asbestos industry, with national contracts and a growing portfolio of contracts. Due to recently winning new contracts in the South East, they are recruiting for a hardworking Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, ideally with a strong background working in the industry. For successful candidates, they can offer fantastic further training as well as attractive salaries and benefits. Locations of work include: Enfield Harlow Bishop's Stortford Braintree Chelmsford Brentwood Basildon Romford Ilford Watford St Albans Luton Hitchin Harrow Wembley Slough Southall Hounslow Bracknell Reading Camberley Woking Epsom Sutton Croydon Bromley Orpington Guildford Aldershot Experience / Qualifications: You must have experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, ideally for a UKAS accredited outfit Will be qualified with the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications (or RSPH equivalents) Strong industry knowledge, including UKAS, HSG 248 & HSG 264 IT literate Good written ability Organised and hardworking attitude The Role: Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos survey reports Undertaking 4 Stage Clearances as well as Leak, Personal, Background and Reassurance air testing Writing detailed survey and analytical reports, including schematic drawings Maintaining compliance standards across removals projects Liaising with asbestos removal operatives on a daily basis Working across a mix of Commercial, Private Sector and Local Authority sites Representing the company in a professional manner Alternative job titles:
