I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced nursing home manager to work for a reputable, family-run care provider across 2 of their nursing homes in Aylesbury.
The homes provide elderly and dementia care for less than 50 residents between them, they have both been rated good in all 5 areas.
Responsibilities:
Oversee both services as the Registered Manager. Lead the multi-disciplinary staff team. Ensure high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service. Assist with recruitment and training. Manage and assess care plans. Conduct audits and manage budgets. Liaise with local authorities, the CQC, and the NMC.
Minimum Requirements: Previous experience of managing a nursing home. Excellent clinical skills and knowledge. Experience working alongside local authorities including the CQC.
In return you will receive a generous salary of £70,000 per annum.
