Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. As an Associate Dentist, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, utilising advanced techniques and technologies. Responsibilities Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments. Utilise CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for precise treatment planning and execution. Interpret medical imaging results to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient practice operations. Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution. Valid dental licence to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dentistry and oral health. Proficiency in CAD software is highly desirable. Experience with medical imaging techniques is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and education. Ability to work effectively within a team environment while demonstrating leadership qualities. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
