Altrincham We are currently recruiting for a passionate and committed Nursery Manager to lead our lovely nursery in Altrincham, Ivy House Day Nursery located on Regent Road. Join our team of inspiring and dedicated nursery practitioners who are committed to providing the very best for our children and families. We are a small group of 6 family-run nurseries across South Manchester, nurturing and developing our teams. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is a natural leader, highly motivated, organised, enthusiastic, and creative. As the Nursery Manager, you will receive dedicated, weekly Leadership Training and support to enhance your skills and knowledge, while working closely with our other Nursery Managers and Senior Managers. As part of our close team of leaders, there are plenty of leadership opportunities for growth and development. Our ethos is small and nurturing, with small groups of children to ensure we can give them our time and attention. Our aim is to nurture and develop all our staff who work for us. As Nursery Manager, you will receive a competitive salary, excellent training and support, as well as a lovely environment to work in. Your role will be to lead, motivate, and inspire your team to ensure the nursery provides the best care and education for our children. Qualifications Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 and or above childcare qualifications.
