Mentus Recruitment are proud to be partnering with one of the leading providers of mental health services within the private sector. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Specialty Doctor or Associate Specialist to join a well-established independent hospital for adults in Lincolnshire. The role will be working alongside an experienced Medical Director, Consultant Psychiatrist, and 5 junior doctors.
About the Hospital: The private hospital offers first-class patient care and has a therapeutic approach to patient treatment. The hospital is supported by an experienced medical team, physical health team, full MDT, and nursing complement.
Responsibilities of the Role:
Providing psychiatric assessments to new admissions to the ward. Clerking new patients and reviewing mental and physical state over time. Delivering a range of interventions in the least restrictive environment. Completing Tribunal Reports and maintaining patient records. Providing support and guidance to junior doctors. Completing ward rounds with the consultant and MDT. Involvement in person-centered collaborative care and developing treatment plans. Supporting the consultant as needed. Ensuring effective communication with the team and completing handovers. Benefits:
