Behaviour Mentor required for a secondary school in Barnet We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor who has experience working with young people who have challenging behaviour and can become a role model to them. A strong passion for making a difference in society is essential.
Key Responsibilities: Support children who suffer from challenging behaviour. Provide 1:1 support to students with special educational needs. Work with a variety of children with different needs, such as ADHD, SEMH, and SEN. Collaborate with the senior lead team and other behaviour mentors. Contribute new ideas and strategies to facilitate student behaviour.
Minimum Requirements: A minimum of one year's experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role. Experience with Team-Tech and physical handling training is advantageous.
