My client is a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked firm renowned for their legal expertise across various sectors, as well as their highly collegiate culture and excellent training and development initiatives. They are currently seeking a junior-to-mid-level solicitor for their market-leading private client disputes team.
As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:
Tackling a variety of work including will disputes, inheritance act claims, trust disputes and more.
Advising a range of clients from private individuals to trustees and trust companies, executors, deputies across multiple jurisdictions and charities.
Working on your own files whilst also assisting senior team members.
Delivering exceptional client service.
As a private client disputes lawyer in this team, you will find a rare balance of outstanding clients and caseloads whilst working within a firm that is recognised for their inclusive culture and friendly work environment.
