Working with clients to develop practical solutions for their challenges. Responding to crises with calm and effective intervention strategies. Keeping detailed records while respecting client privacy. Staying connected with a supportive, multidisciplinary team. Salary: $110,000 to $130,000
per year with full benefits Qualifications: Master's
degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution. Current licensure in California State as an
LPPC, LCSW, LMFT , or eligibility for licensure. Demonstrated experience providing counseling services to individuals, families, and groups. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with diverse clients. Commitment to cultural competence and providing affirming care to individuals from all backgrounds. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
