REGISTERED CARE MANAGER We are now looking for a Registered Manager to join our already successful and very well established domiciliary care company based near to Milton Keynes. We operate in the health & social care sector and are a true market leader. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help us develop and aid the service growth. We are offering: Competitive salary ranging from £38,000 to £42,000 per annum DOE Excellent opportunities for career progression as the company expands Excellent bonus scheme The Role: As a Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the delivery of care services Ensuring strict compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations Managing staff and resources effectively including recruitment of the care team Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans Liaising with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Growing the business Managing the office team of care support staff and the team of carers The Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager position should have: Relevant qualifications in healthcare management - level 5 highly desirable (or happy to work towards it) Experience in a leadership role, either as a Registered Manager, Care Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager seeking their next role.
