£24-£27 per hour A Typical Day in This Role As a Band 6 CPN in the Recovery & Wellbeing Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting individuals on their mental health recovery journey. Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals’ mental health and social needs. Developing and delivering tailored care plans to meet each person’s unique requirements. Providing therapeutic interventions and crisis support as needed. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, carers, and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective care. Keeping accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with professional and organizational standards. Acting as an advocate for service users, ensuring their voices are heard and respected. Utilizing evidence-based practices to assess, plan, and implement care interventions. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications:

Active registration with the NMC as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN). Experience:

Proven experience working in community mental health settings. Skills:

Strong communication, advocacy, and interpersonal skills. Approach:

A commitment to compassionate, person-centered care. Working Hours and Duration This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role (37.5 hours per week).
