We are looking for an experienced
Paralegal
to join our Corporate team! We seek an individual who is hard-working, focused on delivering tangible results, and displays a desire to be an integral part of the growth of the team.
Previous legal experience is essential for this role, ideally from a Corporate background. What you'll be doing: Preparing and reviewing board minutes. Dealing with security registrations and releases. Drafting and reviewing short form loan agreements. Responsible for general CP management (including picking up closing searches and corporate due diligence). Drafting post-transaction wrap-up reports. Please note: We are not accepting any CVs from agencies.
