We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Litigation Paralegal. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our legal team by producing necessary documentation, conducting legal research, and providing administrative assistance as needed. Responsibilities: Producing legal documentation as required, including drafting basic deeds, documents, and letters. Drafting financial statements and engaging in legal research as appropriate. Undertaking basic correspondence and telephone calls on client matters. Efficiently managing client/matter files, including filing, archiving, retrieval, and updating relevant databases. Providing administrative support to the team, including scanning, faxing, printing, document binding/bundling, and photocopying. Operating case management systems and storing documents electronically. Managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and facsimile transmissions. Ensuring the confidentiality of all company and client documentation and information. Maintaining client relationship management data and records. Monitoring compliance and Lexcel requirements. Assisting with good financial management as needed. Assisting with reception of clients and arrangement of meetings. Handling queries and enquiries from fee earners, team coordinators, secretaries, and clients. Supporting the wider team and assisting with work as required. Requirements: Previous experience in a legal administrative role preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of legal procedures and documentation preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
