Prestigious law firm is looking for an experienced private client paralegal to join their leading, award-winning team in their Bournemouth office. The team exclusively deals with HNW and UHNWIs, both in the UK and abroad, with a wide range of trust, wills, probate, tax, and estate planning work. There will be extensive client interaction from day one, and you must have the confidence and dynamism to deal with the firm’s high-profile client base. A selection of duties will include: Drafting wills Putting together court bundles for contentious matters Drafting Lasting Power of Attorney documents and probate applications Court of Protection work Conducting legal research Liaising with Counsel and the Courts It is essential that you have experience in a private client team (a minimum of 6 months) as a paralegal and have exceptional organisational, client, and communication skills. You must also be proactive in your work. An exceptional environment and plenty of scope for personal development in a very well-established and influential team.
