Specific executory experience is essential from a practical setting in a similar role. Are you an experienced paralegal within executry support, looking for a new challenge? This is an excellent opportunity to support with a diverse and interesting workload within an established and supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities: Investigating and gathering details of assets forming part of the estate. Preparing Inheritance Tax paperwork. Corresponding with HM Revenue and Customs. Preparing executry accounts and other relevant documentation. Person Specification: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload. Accounting for meeting deadlines and maintaining appropriate communication with clients. Ability to work well under your own initiative, while also being an effective team player. Qualifications and Experience: Experience in executry support is essential. A paralegal or Society of Law Accountants in Scotland (SOLAS) qualification is welcomed but not essential. Why Choose This Firm?
