Are you an experienced Personal Assistant with a passion for supporting senior executives in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence for the Chief Executive and Office Bearers. You will also play a key role in organising events, supporting HR processes, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO’s and Office Bearers’ calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations. Coordinate Board and Executive committee meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking. Act as the first point of contact, handling communications with discretion and professionalism. Support HR recruitment and employee-related processes, including maintaining confidential records. Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a PA, preferably supporting senior executives. Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. If you are adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you! Benefits:
