Thrive Personnel are seeking a skilled Furniture Paint Sprayer to join our client's dynamic team in a late shift position at our growing furniture manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying high-quality finishes to various furniture pieces, ensuring that each item meets our standards for excellence. You will work with a range of paint products and techniques, utilizing spray equipment to achieve a smooth and even coat.
This role is on the late shift working 4.40pm - 3am Monday - Thursday (4 day week).
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare furniture surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary. Operate spray equipment to apply paint, stain, and finishes to furniture items. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper handling of materials. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure consistency and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
