A little about the role As a Business Support Coordinator with Key Assets, you will ensure delivery of comprehensive and flexible general/financial administrative support services to enable the Key Assets WA team to function effectively in line with Key Assets Vision and Values. We would love someone to join our team who is able to pivot between tasks and have fun along the way! Some of your key responsibilities will include: Responding to telephone calls, allocate messages to staff, and handle general administrative duties, including photocopying, filing, and liaising with supplies. Communicating effectively with foster carers, children, young people, and other stakeholders to provide high levels of support and service. Assisting in financial administration, including invoicing, staff expenses, and reconciling company credit cards and petty cash. Coordinating meeting arrangements and provide hospitality services, ensuring refreshments and venues are arranged as required. The salary for this role is $73,795.28- $79,135.16 per annum (1.0FTE) + NFP salary packaging options. This role is a part-time role (0.7FTE), ongoing based at our Stirling office. About you To help support our office in Stirling and the amazing team, you’ll ideally come with: A qualification in Administration, Computing, Business Administration, and demonstrated experience in this related field. Two years’ experience in an office or administrative support role. Strong knowledge of the use of IT and electronic communications including the use of Microsoft Office in particular Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience working with financial systems, including invoicing and basic financial administration. MYOB a bonus! Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively with young people and stakeholders at all levels. Experience of working in a welfare/care environment (Desirable).
