Working from offices within West Hull, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to help develop existing business processes to continually improve the customer experience whilst supporting internal sales, production, and logistics teams. DUTIES Welcoming and onboarding new clients following sales team process. Coordinate deliveries and collections with in-house and third-party logistics. Scheduling collections and deliveries with commercial clients. Troubleshooting customer requests and tickets. Occasionally meeting and greeting visitors.
