The candidate will need to share their passion for access to justice and show an interest in this area of law. Membership of the Law Society Mental Health Accreditation Scheme and a driving licence would be an advantage.
This position will lead to a Training Contract if the candidate meets the relevant criteria. Our client fully supports the training and development of all its paralegals in their career pathway.
You may be required to provide advice and representation in all aspects of Mental Health Law, including undertaking advocacy and dealing with all types of work in respect of Mental Health Tribunals.
