Elite Touch are excited to be working with their well-established client who is looking for an experienced paralegal to join their thriving Mental Health Law and Court of Protection departments in our North London office.
The candidate will need to share their passion for access to justice and show an interest in this area of law. Membership of the Law Society Mental Health Accreditation Scheme and a driving licence would be an advantage.
This position will lead to a Training Contract if the candidate meets the relevant criteria. Our client fully supports the training and development of all its paralegals in their career pathway.
You may be required to provide advice and representation in all aspects of Mental Health Law, including undertaking advocacy and dealing with all types of work in respect of Mental Health Tribunals.
Desired Skills
Strong Interest in Mental Health & Mental Capacity Law
Have a passion for access to justice
Proficiency with MS Office and Case Management systems
Ability to travel to other locations as and when required
Driving Licence will be an advantage
Local commute essential
