SEN Nursery Assistant 1 to 1 support Nursery Class Primary School Full-time Start date: ASAP Contract: ongoing Leyton A welcoming 1-form-entry primary school in Leyton is looking for a SEN Nursery Assistant to support a child in nursery with special educational needs. The Role As a SEN Nursery Assistant, you will provide 1 to 1 support for a child with autism. The child is non-verbal and has recently received an EHCP. The child requires support to develop communication through Makaton, access play-based activities safely, and will need personal care support (changing/feeding, etc.). The school is ideally looking for a Nursery Assistant who has worked with under-5s with special educational needs and has a caring, dedicated approach.
