By becoming our new Dispensing Optician Manager you will become an integral part of our in-house leadership team. With your optical experience and solid knowledge of what an excellent practice looks likeyou will be in charge of all of our colleagues’ training and development. We’re looking for an expert team leader who is organised, approachable and supportive - making people feel confident and free to input their ideas and suggestions. If you are looking for a role that offers great work/life balance, our store has a working pattern that can accommodate full-time over 5 days per week or longer hours over 4 days, all while avoiding late nights.
