Isleworth About the Role: You will help children master foundational skills like recognizing the alphabet, naming everyday objects, and developing early cognitive abilities. You will ensure that classrooms and outdoor play areas are both safe and child-friendly, promoting an optimal environment for learning. You will regularly communicate with parents about their child's progress, offering positive feedback and strategies to address early development challenges. What We're Looking For: Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:30pm. You will hold a
Level 3 Early Years qualification
(or equivalent). Either already hold or be willing to apply for a Child-Only DBS. Prior experience working with children in the UK, ideally in a school or nursery setting. Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and a background in early years education is preferred. Live in or be able to commute to Isleworth or the surrounding area.
