The successful appointee will be asked to fulfil various duties, such as: Continuing to provide established inpatient care for older people. Working towards the development of new and innovative geriatric services. Contributing personal vision for service improvement. Establishing robust geriatric services as a trust goal. Participating in potential frailty service expansion incorporating acute services. Delivering high-quality patient care in acute inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. Having dedicated inpatient ward responsibility. Clinically and educationally supervising junior doctor trainees. Participating in regular medical audits to improve patient care.
