Store BEACON COURT Employment Type: Full Time Job Description: Neon Asian Street Food is a Thai restaurant located in Dublin 2 where our goal is to deliver good quality food with no fuss, in a relaxed and informal environment. Fresh ingredients and quality products are prepared every day by a team of skilled Thai Chefs to produce authentic Asian street food. We are currently looking to add a supervisor to our team based in Dunnes Stores Beacon Court and are looking for an ambitious individual to join us. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join a dynamic team in a competitive and fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic and self-motivated to provide an excellent level of service with attention to detail and be open to experience opportunities in all areas of the restaurant. Experience working in similar customer-facing roles in a café or restaurant operation is not essential but is preferable. Key Responsibilities: Support the unit manager with all tasks throughout the week. Provide a fast, friendly, and efficient level of customer service that exceeds customers’ expectations and ensures total guest satisfaction. Follow product recipes to the standard required in a timely manner. Be responsible for setting up and down before and after service and delivering/serving the product in a timely manner. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and quality in the unit at all times to ensure compliance with health and safety and hygiene standards. Adhere to specifications, standards, and procedures while at work. Requirements: An advanced level of English and a professional and polite manner is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible to work up to 5 days over 7, weekends inclusive. Organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
