Degree in Social Work
SWE Registration
Right to work within the UK
An additional Team Manager for the Connected Persons Team to specifically manage the large number of Independent Social Workers (ISW) who are commissioned to undertake connected persons assessments. The role will include:
Close working with the legal department
Allocation, mid-point, and final review with ISWs
Keeping oversight of checks and references for each case
Close working with Panel Advisor to ensure that assessments are booked into the Foster Care Panel
For Regulation 24 assessments to ensure that the placement does not become unregulated and application for Regulation 25 extensions are processed efficiently.
Working pattern – three days on site, two days working from home – this is not negotiable.
Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.
